John Frigon has been through a lot in life. In 20 years as a financial professional, he's seen businesses rise and fall. He's watched trends come and go. And he's witnessed revolutions and seen virtually every aspect of his industry change and evolve.

Through it all, he's learned the important lessons that foster success. Life is a journey. It's a marathon, not a sprint. These maxims are also useful in the life of a small business.

MBA graduate, and Vietnam War veteran, John is committed to helping business owners develop long-term benefits strategies. He advises owners across the Bay Area and Central California, bringing fresh ideas and a sense of empathy and understanding to the work.

John earned his BBA and MBA degrees at the University of North Texas, completing the MBA program with a 4.0 GPA.

Physical fitness is important to John, and he swims and cycles regularly along the coast and forested lanes of Santa Cruz County. All that exercise has a positive energizing effect, much like the one he has on his clients.
